  13. Principais responsabilidades
  14. Assist in managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from job postings to onboarding.
  15. Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions within the company.
  16. Coordinate interview scheduling with hiring managers and candidates. Provide regular recruitment reports and analytics to HR leadership.
  17. Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
  18. Stay updated on recruitment, best practices and market trends.
  19. Requisitos técnicos
  20. MUST HAVE:
  21. Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  22. 1-2 years of experience in Recruitment & Selection, preferably in a corporate environment.
  23. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  24. Attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
  25. Advanced English (will be assessed during the interview);
  26. NICE TO HAVE:
  27. Previous experience in accounting, tax and tech positions.
  28. Experience in international recruitment processes.
  29. Understanding labor laws and hiring compliance.
